1. Accounting Staff
We are looking for a meticulous professional to support our financial department. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and ensuring the fiscal health of our manufacturing operations.
* Implement and develop foundational knowledge regarding factory safety management systems.
* Monitor environmental and occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance reports.
* Prepare internal and external HSE and environmental reports.
* Establish and enforce company-wide HSE policies and procedures.
* Execute and promote the 5S (5R) methodology across the workplace.
* Proven professional experience in accounting or finance.
* Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate, Zahir, Jurnal ID, or SAP.
* Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
* High standards of integrity, discipline, accountability, and attention to detail.
2. Talent Acquisition Staff
Our Human Capital team is searching for a strategic Talent Acquisition professional to identify and attract top-tier talent that aligns with our manufacturing objectives.
* Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify high-potential candidates.
* Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from position planning and job posting to interviewing and offer negotiation.
* Utilize diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job fairs, and professional referrals.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand specific competency requirements.
* Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor regulations and company best practices.
* Assist the Human Capital team in managing seamless employee onboarding processes.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
* Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

3. HSE Staff
To maintain our commitment to a safe and sustainable working environment, we are hiring an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Staff member to oversee our safety management programs.
* Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of factory safety systems.
* Monitor compliance with environmental and OHS regulations.
* Prepare and document comprehensive HSE reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and implement safety policies compliant with applicable laws.
* Lead the adoption of 5S (5R) programs to ensure an organized and safe production floor.
* Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of one year of experience in implementing OHS Management Systems (SMK3).
