Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Production Operator role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Age: Minimum 18 years of age.
* Educational Background: Graduates from SMTI or vocational high schools (SMK) majoring in Industrial, Electrical, or Automotive fields.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Work Schedule: Must be fully willing and able to work within a rotating shift system.
