Management and Specialized Roles
* Business Development (Energy & Resources): Requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of commercial/sales experience, and deep industry knowledge.
* Commercial Project Manager: Needs a business/finance background with 3+ years of experience and excellent negotiation skills.
* Commercial Sales Executive: Focused on sales growth; requires 3+ years of experience and strong communication abilities.
* Controller Lead: Ideal for finance/accounting professionals with SAP knowledge and a background in manufacturing.
* Digital Marketing Specialist: Requires 1+ year of experience, CRM proficiency, and a strong grasp of SEO and social media.
* Executive Chef & F&B Manager: Must have 3–5 years of leadership experience in large-scale catering (10,000+ POB) within mining or oil and gas.
* Facility Manager (Jakarta): Requires an engineering degree and 5+ years of experience in managing building financial performance.
* HSE Officers (Jakarta & Production Based): Candidates must hold relevant safety certifications (AK3, ISO 45001, etc.) and have at least 3 years of experience.
* Key Account Director: Requires 10+ years of camp/catering experience and expertise in high-standard HSEQ and stakeholder management.
* Site Head Engineering & Technical Support Engineer: Requires a degree in a technical field and 3–5 years of experience in building engineering.
Administrative and Operational Support
* Administration: Minimum D3/S1 degree, proficient in MS Office, and highly detail-oriented.
* Document Writer: Specialized role for documentation management.
* Supervisor Roles: Openings for Security and Technician supervisors requiring relevant industry experience.
General Services and Technical Roles
* Cleaning Service: High school diploma, good communication, and physical fitness.
* Driver: Must possess a valid SIM A license and meet medical requirements.
