## Available Positions and Professional Criteria
KAI is opening applications for several vital roles, including Train Conductors, Assistant PPKA, Locomotive Engineers, and maintenance specialists for rail infrastructure and telecommunications. Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
* Nationality: Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Physical Health: Physically and mentally fit.
* Academic Qualifications:
* D3 Graduates: Minimum GPA of 3.0 with a study program accreditation of at least "B" (Baik Sekali).
* D4/S1 Graduates: Minimum GPA of 3.0 with an accreditation of "A" (Unggul).
* Age Limits (As of August 20, 2025):
* D3 Level: 20 to 27 years old.
* D4/S1 Level: 21 to 30 years old.
* Conduct: Clean criminal record, no history of drug involvement, no body piercings (for men), and no tattoos.
Physical Requirements by Position
* Conductor (D3): Men (min. 163 cm), Women (min. 160 cm).
* Assistant PPKA & Locomotive Engineer (D3): Men (min. 163 cm).
* Rail & Bridge Maintenance (D3): Men (min. 160 cm).
* Signaling & Telecommunications Maintenance: Men (min. 160 cm), Women (min. 155 cm).
* Facility Maintenance (D4/S1): Men (min. 160 cm).
## Necessary Documentation for Application
Applicants must prepare the following documents to be presented during the selection process:
1. Identification: Valid KTP or Residency Certificate.
2. Academic Records: Original or legalized copies of diplomas and transcripts. (For D3 Locomotive Engineer candidates, an SLTA diploma is also required).
3. CV and Photos: Latest Curriculum Vitae and current passport-sized photographs.
4. Language Proficiency: A valid English language certificate from an accredited institution.
* For D3: TOEFL ITP (400), TOEFL PBT/iBT (32), TOEIC (345), or IELTS (4.5).
* For D4/S1: TOEFL ITP (500), TOEFL PBT/iBT (61), TOEIC (500), or IELTS (5.5).
## Event Details and Procedure
The recruitment process will be conducted in person during the university career event. All interested candidates are encouraged to prepare their documents in advance.

* Venue: Balai Santika Area, UNPAD Jatinangor Campus, Jl. Ir. Soekarno KM 21, Jatinangor.
