1. Drafter
As a Drafter, your primary role is to bridge the gap between architectural concepts and physical execution by producing precise technical documentation.
* Technical Drafting: Develop detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings based on engineering specifications.
* Design Support: Assist in creating functional hospital room layouts that adhere to strict medical standards.
* Revision Management: Proactively manage drawing updates based on field changes or client feedback.
* Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects and project managers, to resolve field queries.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet safety codes and specialized healthcare facility guidelines.
* Documentation: Maintain organized, audit-ready digital and physical records of all project blueprints.
* Educational Background: Minimum SMK, D3, or S1 degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in construction drafting, specifically within healthcare or institutional projects.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

2. Structural Engineer
