We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team at our head office in Gama Tower, South Jakarta. Core Responsibilities
As a member of our recruitment department, you will play an integral role in supporting our talent acquisition strategies. Your primary duties will include:
* Interview Coordination: Managing and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Screening Support: Assisting in the review of incoming resumes and conducting preliminary phone screenings to identify top talent.
* Documentation and Administration: Maintaining accurate candidate databases and preparing professional correspondence.
* Event Support: Providing logistical assistance during recruitment drives and career events.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the internal recruitment team and various department heads to streamline hiring processes.
Candidate Requirements
