## Job Overview: Packing Operator
As a vital member of our production floor, the Packing Operator ensures that all manufactured goods are securely packaged, meticulously inspected, and prepared for distribution. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, upholding rigorous food safety protocols, and adhering to strict standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Core Responsibilities
* Execute the daily product packaging cycle while maintaining high standards of speed, accuracy, and overall output quality.
* Ensure absolute compliance with food safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
* Monitor packing line efficiency to minimize bottlenecks and support seamless production workflows.
* Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation to promote workplace safety and operational excellence.
