## Current Vacancies
1. Project Manager (Code: LRPS040)
Placement: Project-based (DKI Jakarta)
The Project Manager will lead, coordinate, and supervise project resources to ensure that every endeavor is executed to the highest quality standards while maintaining effective communication with our clients.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related project management role.
Preference is given to candidates holding an Ahli Madya* certification.
* Preference is given to candidates possessing a Ministry of Transportation Railway Inspection and Maintenance certificate.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Sales Staff (Code: LRPS112)
Placement: Head Office (Bandung)
The Sales Staff is responsible for driving product and service revenue, executing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs, and meeting established sales targets.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
* Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Proficiency in English.
* Capable of preparing budget plans, including RAP, RAB, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
* Excellent interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
3. Drafter Staff (Code: LRPS070)
Placement: Head Office (Bandung)
The Drafter Staff is tasked with producing technical, shop, detailed, and as-built drawings, while ensuring all technical documentation is managed and archived in accordance with corporate standards.
* Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Physics, or Informatics Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Drafter (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD and related design software.
* Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, including shop, detailed, and as-built formats.
* Ability to review vendor technical documents and provide expert input on design specifications and engineering standards.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
