2. Services Network Part Leader
* Responsibilities: Lead service network operations, monitor Customer Satisfaction Indices, ensure SOP compliance, and manage VOC/VOD programs.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Statistics with at least 5 years of customer service management experience in the electronics sector.
