1. Quality Control Staff (Liquid)
This role ensures that all premix processes strictly adhere to operational standards and quality specifications.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring mixing processes, maintaining laboratory equipment calibration, managing reagent stocks, and documenting results while upholding 5S and K3 safety protocols.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering (min. GPA 3.00).
* Previous experience as a Lab Analyst or in QC within the FMCG sector.
* Proficiency in CPKB, PKRT, MS Office, and SAP.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Senior General Affair Staff
The General Affair (GA) department is the backbone of operational efficiency. This role coordinates facility management, security, and regulatory compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing office facilities, overseeing import permits, coordinating expatriate documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve administrative challenges.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field (min. GPA 3.00).
* At least 5 years of experience in GA, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.
* Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate licensing, import regulations, and permit procedures.
* Advanced organizational and communication skills.
3. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff
This position plays a critical role in balancing production capacity with market demand to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Forecasting sales, planning production schedules for buffer stock, calculating raw material requirements, and coordinating with departments like R&D and Marketing to ensure ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or Management (min. GPA 3.00).
