## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our future leaders are prepared for the challenges of the real estate industry, we invite candidates who meet the following criteria to apply:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban/Town Planning, Business Management, Marketing, or Law.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates from reputable universities, or professionals with no more than one year of relevant work experience.
* Leadership & Involvement: A proven history of leading projects or receiving academic/non-academic awards is highly valued. Active participation in student organizations is considered a significant asset.
