Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this career-defining opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Experience Level: Recent graduates or professionals with less than one year of formal work experience.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Social Welfare, Communication Studies, Psychology, Community Empowerment, Sociology, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, or Social Development and Welfare.
* Core Competencies: A solid grasp of corporate social responsibility (CSR), social conflict resolution, and community empowerment frameworks.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Logistics: Must be fully prepared and willing to be stationed at our Jambi operational site.
