General and Specific Qualifications
To ensure our teams are equipped for success, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Experience Requirements:
* Prior experience of at least 1 year in a related role is preferred for positions 1 and 2.
* Direct experience in analyzing the quality of CPO and palm kernels is prioritized for position 2.
* Technical Proficiencies:
* Demonstrated capability to operate computers efficiently (position 1).
* Solid understanding of foundational administrative procedures (position 1).
* Personal Attributes:
* Physically and mentally fit, with a clean health record.
