1. Sales Associate (Pramuniaga)
As a Sales Associate, you serve as the primary brand ambassador on the selling floor, connecting shoppers with the products they love.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the selling area by greeting shoppers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through product selection.
* Offer expert styling advice, suggest complementary items, and drive add-on sales through effective mix-and-match recommendations.
* Maintain optimal merchandise inventory on the counter to prevent stockouts, carefully managing size availability.
* Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing counter displays and style mannequins to captivate shoppers and stimulate purchasing interest.

## General Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMK/SLTA equivalent) for positions 1–3; specialized background in SMK Accounting is required specifically for the Cashier position.
* Communication & Sales Aptitude: Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and a natural talent for selling (applicable to roles 1, 2, and 3).
* Customer & Target Focus: Demonstrate a strong dedication to customer satisfaction, a drive to meet sales targets, and a genuine passion for the fashion industry (applicable to roles 1, 2, and 3).
* Work Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 months of practical work experience, whether formal employment, informal jobs, or internships (applicable to roles 1, 2, and 3).
* Specialized Credentials: Possession of a Security Guard License (KTA) is strongly preferred for the Prevention Associate role.
* Health & Fitness: Must not suffer from color blindness, whether partial or total (applicable to roles 1, 2, and 3).
