## Available Engineering Positions
We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following engineering roles. Applicants must have graduated in 2022 or 2023 and possess a minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0.
* Engineer Electrical and Instrumentation (Code: BAA-EEI): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Physics Engineering.
* Engineer Process (Code: BAA-EEP): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
Key Requirement: Applicants for these engineering roles must have no more than one year of professional work experience.
## Technical Roles and Qualification Requirements
For our technical team, we are looking for dedicated individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to safe operational standards. The educational requirements and experience thresholds are as follows:
Technical Positions
1. Technician Mechanical (BAA-MECH)
2. Technician Instrumentation (BAA-INST)
3. Technician Electrical (BAA-ELEC)
Experience Criteria
* D3 Graduates: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a technician in the oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors, specifically adhering to safe operational standards.
* SMA/SMK Graduates: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a technician in the oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors, specifically adhering to safe operational standards.
Essential Soft Skills and Operational Readiness
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel).
* Functional command of the English language.
* Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Physical ability to work at heights and within confined spaces.
* Flexibility to work night shifts and adhere to an Aoster schedule.
* Willingness to be based permanently in East Aceh.
