## Available Positions and Professional Requirements
1. Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff (Code: FAT Staff)
Location: South Jakarta
This role is integral to our financial operations, requiring a candidate with strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Manage VAT and income tax reporting (PPh).
* Record daily cash inflows and outflows using the Accurate accounting system.
* Oversee head office petty cash and process reimbursement claims.
* Execute vendor payments while ensuring all underlying documentation is verified.
* Reconcile bank accounts and track tenant-related throughput, discharge, and overtime data.
* Manage weekly cash flow updates and prepare formal invoices for tenants.
* Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar financial role.
* Proficiency in journal entries, payment processes, and tax calculations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, and Final).
* Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
2. Terminal Operator (Code: Operator Samarinda)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan
We are looking for hands-on individuals to ensure the safe and efficient transfer of fuel products. This position requires a commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Execute loading and unloading activities for trucks and vessels according to schedule.
* Maintain accurate Daily Inventory Reports and document processing.
* Perform rigorous inspections of transport modes in coordination with product owners.
* Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the terminal area and infrastructure.
* Monitor and control pumping equipment and participate in mandatory HSE training and reporting.
* Candidate Profile:
* D3/S1 degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, cargo shipping, or oil and gas mining.
* Must be willing to work in shifts and ideally reside in the Samarinda area.
3. HSE Assistant Manager (Code: HSE ASMEN)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan
The HSE Assistant Manager is responsible for cultivating a culture of safety and regulatory compliance across all terminal operations.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain occupational health and safety documentation.
* Monitor compliance with internal regulations and government standards.
* Plan and implement environmental and safety procedures.
* Identify potential hazards and conduct regular equipment inspections.
