General Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.9 out of 4.0.
* Professional Experience: Proven track record in building construction projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in BUMN Karya projects.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems and the ability to interpret and execute complex building drawings.
* Supervisory Skills: Demonstrated capability in overseeing and managing MEP installations on-site.
* Mobility: Must be willing to accept assignments across all PT Nindya Beton operational regions within Indonesia.
