* Operational Readiness: Demonstrate a genuine willingness to understand and engage with on-site field operations, specifically fish cultivation.

## Primary Responsibilities and Duties
As our site Accountant, you will serve as a vital pillar in financial oversight and cost control. Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
* Accurately recording daily financial transactions and compiling comprehensive financial reports.
* Calculating detailed cultivation expenses—including feed, seeds, and operational overhead—along with accurate COGS figures.
* Monitoring inventory levels and overseeing biological assets (live fish populations in ponds).
* Managing financial records related to business partnerships and profit-sharing agreements.
* Executing rigorous cost-control measures and performing operational variance analysis.
* Drafting comprehensive profitability reports broken down by individual ponds and operational cycles.
* Providing reliable financial data to support strategic management decision-making.
