1. FGDP – Business Development Officer
This role is essential for driving organizational growth and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing ongoing projects.
* Represent management in client relations, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
* Monitor project progress, manage cash-in activities, and address customer feedback effectively.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, or International Business (preferably from a reputable university).
* Minimum GPA of 3.50.
* Minimum TOEFL score of 500.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Must be free from color blindness and have received the Covid-19 booster vaccine.
* Willingness to travel to remote job sites and adhere to strict safety and environmental regulations.
* Must not have participated in the PAMA selection process within the last 12 months.
2. FGDP – IT Service Group Leader
This position focuses on maintaining the technical backbone of PAMA’s operations across its expansive mining sites.
* Manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and software applications.
* Ensure the IT environment meets business requirements and service level agreements.
* Diploma degree (D3) in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or related IT fields.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Willingness to be stationed at job sites in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, or South Sumatra.
* Must be free from color blindness and adhere to all corporate health and safety regulations.
* Must not have participated in the PAMA selection process within the last 12 months.
* Understanding of current technological trends.
* Proficiency in Cisco or Huawei network configuration (Switch, Wireless, Router).
* Knowledge of Microcontrollers/IoT is considered an advantage.
* Experience with Database Management (SQL, MySQL) and applications (Mobile, Web, C#/Dot Net, ASP, JAVA).
* Minimum of one year of work experience in the IT field is preferred.
