## Position Overview: HVAC Operator
PICID is seeking a skilled and proactive HVAC Operator to ensure the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our climate control and ventilation systems at our primary manufacturing site. In this critical technical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of our facility infrastructure, directly supporting our high-precision electronics manufacturing processes.
Core Responsibilities
As an HVAC Operator at our Depok facility, your day-to-day duties will encompass several crucial facility management tasks:
* Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance protocols for all HVAC units to minimize unexpected downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct systematic daily and weekly checks on system components, including temperature controls, airflow, filters, and refrigerant levels.
* Minor Repairs: Diagnose system faults quickly and perform timely minor repairs to restore full functionality.
* System Monitoring: Continuously monitor HVAC performance metrics and operational panels to maintain ideal environmental conditions across the manufacturing plant.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this technical role, applicants must meet the following professional and personal criteria:
Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK), with a specialized major in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering (Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara*) strongly preferred.
* Age Limit: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
* Work Flexibility: Fully prepared and willing to work in a rotating shift schedule to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on capability in performing routine checks, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting for HVAC systems.
* Work Location: Must be willing and ready to be stationed at our Depok Factory.
