## Job Vacancy: Vessel Operations Administrator
PT PNEP is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to contribute to daily marine logistics as a Vessel Operations Administrator. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that vessel movements, administrative workflows, and operational standards are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily administrative tasks related to vessel operations and voyage documentation.
* Coordinating closely with onboard crews, port authorities, and internal management teams.
* Ensuring compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maritime safety regulations.
* Maintaining accurate records of operational logs, fuel consumption, and crew certifications.
* Assisting in the preparation of routine operational reports for management review.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven professional experience working as a Vessel Operations Administrator or in a similar maritime administration role.
* Work Location: Sanipah, East Kalimantan.
