## Warehouse Staff Outbound: Role Overview
We are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Staff Outbound to join our team in Citeureup. This position is vital for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our distribution logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are prepared, packed, and dispatched in accordance with our high-quality standards.
## Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of ERP systems and operational workflows.
* Personal Attributes: Strong sense of discipline, personal integrity, and accountability.
* Logistics: Willingness to be stationed at our Citeureup Warehouse facility.
* Employment Status: Please note that this recruitment is managed under an outsourcing (OS) arrangement.
## Key Responsibilities
The Warehouse Staff Outbound plays a hands-on role in our daily operations. Your primary daily tasks will include:
1. MIS Management: Processing operational assignments received via our internal mobile application.
2. Order Fulfillment: Executing precise picking and packing procedures for goods intended for transporter shipment.
3. Inventory Management: Conducting regular stock opname activities and maintaining the systematic organization of goods within the storage area.
4. Maintenance & Safety: Upholding rigorous K4LM standards (Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety) within the warehouse area.
5. Quality Assurance: Inspecting items prior to distribution to ensure they meet our quality specifications and arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
6. Facility Upkeep: Ensuring the warehouse remains orderly, safe, and efficient at all times.
