Driven by our vision to become the most progressive and superior leader in masterbatch production and pigment preparation throughout Southeast Asia, we are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control (QC) Operator to join our team in Cikarang.
## Role Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Operator, you will serve as a vital guardian of our manufacturing standards. Your core duties will include:
* Quality Verification: Performing rigorous inspections to ensure that production samples consistently match the final output, ensuring every product meets our established quality benchmarks.
* Corrective Action: Developing and implementing corrective formulations whenever production samples deviate from our high-quality standards.
* Compliance: Strictly adhering to operational procedures in accordance with current ISO standards.
## Ideal Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male, between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Education: Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Visual Acuity: Must have normal vision (not color blind).
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality Control role; prior experience within a masterbatch manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of accuracy, agility, and mental resilience.
* Operational Capability: Strong numerical aptitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
