* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of relevant experience.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, a high degree of initiative, and proven leadership abilities.
* Personal Attributes: Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and a deep commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
