## The Role: Overseeing World-Class Infrastructure
The MEP Supervisor serves as the technical backbone of our residential estates and operational properties. This role ensures that every electrical framework, power utility installation, and community lighting layout functions safely, efficiently, and to the highest aesthetic specifications.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Facility Maintenance and Infrastructure Integrity
* Direct routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all core electrical assets across company-managed properties.
* Supervise operational readiness for heavy utilities, including commercial diesel generators, centralized HVAC and air conditioning systems, and corporate office electrical networks.
* Safeguard operational reliability across all internal estate facilities, clubhouse amenities, and administrative buildings.
2. Public Lighting Planning and Material Procurement
* Design strategic procurement estimates and technical specifications for street illumination and neighborhood security lighting.
* Plan exterior illumination schemes for shared community amenities, including landscaped parks, green belts, and sports facilities.
* Balance visual appeal with energy-efficient technologies to minimize overhead and enhance neighborhood security.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination and Field Execution
* Collaborate closely with landscape architects and master planners to pinpoint ideal locations for public streetlights and decorative garden fixtures.
* Supervise physical installation phases to eliminate placement discrepancies, ensuring full alignment with approved technical blueprints.
* Serve as the primary operational liaison to the national electric utility provider during power pole erection and cluster electrical grid commissioning.
* Establish installation timelines alongside utility officials to prevent development delays and ensure seamless service activation for incoming homeowners.
## Candidate Qualifications

Essential Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of direct experience as an MEP Supervisor or Mechanical Engineering Site Lead, specifically within high-end residential estates or luxury master-planned communities.
* Geographic Proximity: Currently residing in or near Cibubur, Cikeas, Depok, or surrounding municipalities for seamless daily site commuting.
* Work Location: Positioned directly at the Central Operations Office at Permata Cimanggis.
* Availability: Prepared for prompt or immediate onboarding.
Desired Technical Competencies
* Comprehensive understanding of municipal electrical standards, utility compliance protocols, and site safety procedures.
* Proven ability to interpret complex architectural schematics, single-line diagrams, and MEP engineering drawings.
