## Position Overview: HR Generalist
In this pivotal role, you will own the complete employee lifecycle, bridging the gap between strategic organizational goals and daily workforce management. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment and can seamlessly manage both administrative precision and interpersonal relations.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent to meet departmental hiring demands efficiently.
* Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee accurate payroll processing and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits packages.
* Talent Assessment: Administer and evaluate psychological tests to ensure the right cultural and technical fit for every role.
* Employee Development & Performance: Design frameworks for continuous learning, career progression, and performance appraisals.
* Compliance & Administration: Maintain meticulous HR documentation and expertly handle mandatory national programs, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, while ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor regulations.
## Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience operating as an HR Generalist or holding a comparable human resources position.
* Legal Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and current HR best practices.
* Technical Proficiency: High competency in Microsoft Office applications and modern Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
* Language Skills: Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken English to facilitate cross-cultural communication.
* Core Competencies: Outstanding organizational abilities, rigorous attention to detail regarding confidential information, and the capacity to multitask effectively in an autonomous work environment.
