## Current Career Openings
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles. Please ensure you meet the specific qualifications required for each department.
Healthcare and Education
* Paramedic: Requires a minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing, a valid STR (Registration Certificate), and certifications in BTCLS and HIPERKES.
* Teacher: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, specifically targeting PGSD (Primary Education), PGPAUD (Early Childhood Education), or Religious Education.
Plantation Operations and Field Support
* Field Assistant: Requires a minimum Diploma (D3) in Agriculture or Plantation studies with a deep understanding of palm oil cultivation practices.
* Operations Audit Officer: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of RSPO/ISPO procedures and oil palm quality control protocols.
Engineering and Technical Roles
* GIS Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geodesy, Geography, Soil Science, or Forestry. Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, ENVI, Matlab, and Global Mapper is mandatory.
* Survey & Mapping Officer: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Geodesy, Geography, Soil Science, or Forestry. Must be adept at handling survey instrumentation and mapping software like ArcGIS, CGIS, and Global Mapper.
* Electrical Engineer: Seeking qualified candidates with strong technical backgrounds in power systems and industrial electrical maintenance.
* Mechanical Engineer: Seeking qualified candidates with expertise in heavy machinery and mill mechanical systems.
Management and Administrative Support
* Warehouse Assistant: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Administration. Candidates must have a solid grasp of supply chain, inventory management, and warehouse logistics.
* Land Claim & Compensation Officer: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Social Studies, or Political Science. Requires proficiency in legal drafting and the fundamentals of land acquisition.
* Community Development Officer: Minimum Diploma (D4) in Social Studies, Communication, or Law. Must demonstrate strong capabilities in managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
