## 1. Manufacturing Operator
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will serve as the heartbeat of our daily production cycles, ensuring that every manufactured component meets the rigorous engineering standards synonymous with the Bosch name.
Core Responsibilities
* Production Preparation: Spearhead daily 5S activities prior to setup, maintaining a pristine, secure, and organized workspace. Execute machine warm-ups, startup checks, and master sample verifications before production runs.
* Documentation & Supply Management: Accurately complete production and maintenance logs while preparing necessary sub-materials and supplies. Actively participate in daily team briefings and assist Production Leaders with routine preventive maintenance.
* Productivity & OEE Optimization: Maximize the operational uptime of equipment, hit shift-based output and cycle time targets, minimize unplanned breakdowns, and support quick changeover activities.
* Quality Control: Minimize scrap ratios, eliminate customer complaints, uphold pristine product quality, and strictly adhere to internal working instructions and safety policies.
* Skill Advancement: Participate in scheduled training sessions, qualification matrices, evaluation assessments, and blind tests to continuously sharpen your technical competencies.
* Safety Adherence: Operate machinery securely, report any unsafe conditions immediately to your supervisor, and ensure all tools remain in optimal working order.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum educational background of SMK or SMU.
* Open to fresh graduates, though candidates possessing 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing assembly environment are strongly preferred.
* Possesses a proactive attitude, strong physical health, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team or work independently under pressure.
* Capable of understanding and speaking at least passive English.
* Proficient in operating personal computers, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* A detail-oriented, mature, and fast-learning individual.
* Prepared for extended periods of floor work in the production area, willing to work rotating shifts, and comfortable standing for long durations.
* Must be willing to be stationed at the Lippo Cikarang facility.
## 2. Logistics Operator

Core Responsibilities
* Incoming Freight Management: Safely unload trucks using a forklift, verify incoming quantities against invoices and packing lists, inspect packaging for visual damages, execute Good Receipts in SAP POE, and manage document filing.
* PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control): Supply necessary components and materials, record data accurately, prepare daily production schedules in SAP, coordinate with the production department, and execute monthly or ad-hoc inventory counts while maintaining FIFO standards and troubleshooting SAP errors.
* Outbound Delivery Operations: Download daily orders, prepare delivery notes, transport pallets to repacking zones, transition items from plastic to carton boxes, wrap and strap pallets, manage loading area storage, and process Good Issues in SAP POE.
* Internal Milkrun Execution: Manage cycle times, update Kanban and Heijunka boards, handle raw material and finished goods material handling, manage empty returnable boxes, and update SAP POE records.
* Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Perform pre-operation safety checklists for forklifts, pallet stackers, and hand trucks, conduct regular maintenance, handle charging routines, and maintain equipment cleanliness.
* System Applications Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Office, SAP POE, SAP PA5, Power BI, and SketchUp to streamline operational workflows.
