## Job Opening: Production Foreman
We are currently looking for a motivated Production Foreman to join our operations at our manufacturing facility in East Cikarang. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of efficiency and quality that the Djabesmen Co. brand is known for.
Primary Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor production machinery to ensure adherence to established operational standards.
* Quality Control: Supervise the production floor to guarantee that both output volume and quality metrics are consistently met.
* Documentation: Ensure meticulous record-keeping of all production activities throughout the shift.
* Resource Management: Coordinate material availability according to production planning schedules.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement operational enhancements to optimize throughput and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a production environment is preferred, though exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of production processes, Asset Management (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) concepts, Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5S, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, high integrity, and a resilient, responsible work ethic.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a rotating shift basis.
* Location: The role is based at our factory in East Cikarang.
