## Current Openings
We are currently looking for high-performing candidates to fill the following roles:
1. Emergency Response Team (ERT)
* Requirements: Minimum age of 18; height 163 cm with ideal weight. High school (SMA/SMK) diploma. Proven experience in ERT, Rescue, or Fire Brigade operations. Strong teamwork, discipline, and willingness to work at any PT SIS site.
2. Admin Support General Services
* Requirements: Minimum age of 18; High school (SMA/SMK) diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data processing, and document management. We value candidates who are meticulous, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team.
3. Group Leader – Production
* Requirements: High school (SMA/SMK) diploma with 2–3 years of experience as a Production Foreman. Possession of a Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certification is mandatory. You must have strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on heavy equipment fleet productivity in Kalimantan.
4. Group Leader – SHE
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mining Engineering or Occupational Safety. At least 2 years of safety experience (fresh graduates with relevant degrees are encouraged to apply). Must possess expertise in HIRADC/JSA and safety regulations; AK3U certification is highly preferred.
5. Officer – General Affair
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in any major. Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs within the mining or EPC sectors. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential to maintain our workplace facilities and operational support services.
6. Officer – Data Analyst
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Statistics, Informatics, or Mathematics. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with technical knowledge of SQL or Power BI to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
7. Instructor – Plant
* Requirements: High school (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical/Heavy Equipment Engineering. 3+ years of experience as an instructor or senior mechanic. Must hold a Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) certificate; Training of Trainers (ToT) certification is a distinct advantage.
8. IT System Analyst
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. Fresh graduates are welcome; professional experience in system or application analysis is a plus. Candidates should have a solid grasp of IT governance and information security. (Based in Jakarta)
9. IT Infrastructure, Network & Communication
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT. 1–2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management is preferred. You should be skilled in network administration, security, and troubleshooting. (Based in Jakarta)
