## Understanding the Operator Preparation Program (OPP)
The Operator Preparation Program is a specialized apprenticeship initiative designed by PT Saptaindra Sejati to bridge the gap between education and industrial reality. This program reflects our dedication to:

## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the safety and productivity of our operations, we seek applicants who meet the following criteria:
* Age and Physical Fitness: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess physical fitness that meets our operational health standards, with a minimum height of 163 cm and a proportional weight.
* Educational Background: A minimum qualification of high school (SLTA) or equivalent.
* Eligibility: Applicants must not have previously participated in any PT SIS training programs (such as OPP, MPP, or TPP) and must not have prior work experience with the company.
* Geographic Residency: Candidates must be residents of the Tabalong, Balangan, East Barito (Barito Timur), or South Barito (Barito Selatan) regencies.
