1. Group Leader – General Affairs
This role is essential for maintaining the operational heartbeat of our remote sites, ensuring that all facility and administrative functions support our core mining objectives.
* Oversee and coordinate daily site support, including facility management, transportation, and accommodation services.
* Manage office services and site support logistics to ensure seamless daily operations.
* Develop and present detailed reports regarding asset utilization, facility status, and service delivery.
* Hold a Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in facility management, general affairs, or site administration.
* Must be willing to work on-site in remote areas of Central Kalimantan.
2. Group Leader – Production
As a Production leader, you will be on the front lines of our mining operations, ensuring that our output targets are met with uncompromising safety and efficiency.
* Manage and supervise daily mining activities to ensure targets are achieved within schedule.
* Provide leadership to the production team, fostering a culture of safety and operational productivity.
* Conduct daily briefings to communicate production goals, technical plans, and safety protocols to all team members.
* Hold a Diploma degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years of direct experience within the mining sector.
* Mandatory requirement: Must possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* Must be willing to work on-site in remote areas of Central Kalimantan.
