## Current Job Vacancy: HR GA Staff
Wings Group is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the HR GA Staff position. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining smooth operational workflows at the distribution center.
Core Responsibilities
* Oversee and monitor all Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) procedures within the Distribution Center (DC).
* Maintain accurate employee databases, manage daily attendance records, and oversee payroll processing efficiently.
* Collaborate with regional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with prior experience in recruitment and labor relations will receive preferential consideration.
* Key Skills: Exceptional communication and administrative abilities, coupled with high proficiency in utilizing modern HR information systems.
