## Current Open Positions
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles across our various operational sites:
1. Engineering Process Staff
* Responsibilities: Lead improvements in production processes, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and oversee utility operations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electro Engineering; proficiency in IoT, microcontrollers, and PLC; strong analytical mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Location: Bitung, Tangerang.
2. Internal Audit Section Head
* Responsibilities: Design and implement internal audit policies, manage audit lifecycles, and evaluate organizational risk management and governance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting with 5+ years of audit experience (preferably in manufacturing); must hold a Brevet A & B license; expert knowledge of OJK regulations and GRC.
* Location: Pluit, North Jakarta.
3. Internal Audit Staff
* Responsibilities: Execute audit procedures to ensure compliance, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency while maintaining detailed audit reports.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00); must hold a Brevet A & B license; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Location: Pluit, North Jakarta.
4. IT Infrastructure & Security
* Responsibilities: Maintain IT infrastructure, including network setup, hardware/software installation, server management, and robust security protocols.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in IT/Computer Science; 3-5 years of experience; strong familiarity with Cisco/MikroTik and firewall management.
* Location: Bitung, Curug – Tangerang.
5. PPIC Manager
* Responsibilities: Manage production schedules, optimize inventory control, conduct data-driven reporting, and lead the cross-functional production planning team.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business; 5+ years of experience in production planning; proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
* Location: Tangerang.
6. Production Manager
* Responsibilities: Direct production work plans, ensure strict quality control, and coordinate between departments to meet high-output targets.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering; 4-5 years of experience in automotive or heavy equipment manufacturing; strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
* Location: Curug, Tangerang.
7. Salesman
* Responsibilities: Drive sales performance, foster client relationships, and ensure effective coverage of the automotive component market.
* Requirements: High School Diploma (SLTA) or above; minimum 1 year of sales experience in the automotive sector; customer-oriented mindset.
* Location: Surabaya.
