Key Responsibilities and Daily Scope
As a participant stepping into the Finance and Administration role, you will be entrusted with critical operational and strategic duties, including:
* Financial & Cash Flow Oversight: Control branch cash flow, monitor billing progress and Accounts Receivable (A/R), and rigorously verify payment requests alongside debt recognition documentation.
* Banking & Liquidity Verification: Conduct systematic bank checks regarding vendor and customer disbursements while routinely auditing branch cash reserves.
* Budgeting & Reporting: Generate comprehensive performance reports for the branch and assist in formulating the annual branch budget.
