Core Responsibilities and Daily Scope
Participants stepping into the Finance and Administration role will gain immediate, hands-on exposure to critical financial operations. Your primary duties will encompass:
* Cash Flow and Receivables Management: Overseeing branch cash flow, tracking billing progress, managing accounts receivable (A/R), and rigorously verifying payment requests alongside debt recognition documentation.
* Financial Auditing and Verification: Conducting essential bank checks regarding incoming and outgoing transactions for both vendors and customers, while routinely auditing branch cash reserves.
* Budgeting and Performance Reporting: Generating comprehensive periodic reports detailing branch performance and assisting in the formulation of annual branch budgets.
