We are seeking talented, motivated professionals to join our growing team at our Head Office in Tangerang. Below are the available positions and their respective requirements:
1. Quality Control Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Agribusiness or the fresh goods industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Key Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), a strong understanding of ISO standards, and a focus on customer quality.
* Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
2. Cut Fruit Production Senior Associate
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electro, Electronics, Mechanical, or Food Technology).
* Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG, specifically in a leadership or supervisory role within Food and Beverage production.
* Certifications: Preference given to those with GMP and HACCP certifications.
* Key Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, data operations, and report management (daily/weekly/monthly).
* Skills: Agile, excellent negotiation, and team management expertise.
3. Dry/Dairy Product Growth
* Education: Bachelor’s degree from any major.
* Experience: At least 2 years in marketing, sales, or trade marketing within the consumer goods (beverage/snack) sector.
* Key Competencies: Detail-oriented, creative, target-driven, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
4. Finance Analyst (FMCG)
* Responsibilities: Preparing branch visit reports, conducting monthly fluctuation analysis, reviewing SOPs, and performing regular branch audits.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as an internal or external auditor, preferably with Big 4 accounting firm experience.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Visio and Excel, strong grasp of control activities, and a willingness to travel for branch inspections.
5. Tax Specialist
* Responsibilities: Managing tax payments, tracking returns, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with updated regulations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Tax Accountant or Analyst; experience as a tax consultant is a significant advantage.
* Certifications: Must have completed Brevet A & B courses.
