## Open Positions: Operation Development Program (ODP) 2024
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for the January 2024 recruitment cycle. The Operation Development Program (ODP) is designed to cultivate future leaders who will drive our logistical efficiency and service standards to new heights.
Key Requirements for Applicants
To qualify for this career-defining opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics Management, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale.
Experience: At least two years of professional experience serving as a Team Leader or Coordinator. Note: Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.*
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Documentation & Licensing: Must possess a valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK), as well as both a Class A (Car) and Class C (Motorcycle) driver’s license.
