## Position Overview: Logistics Operator
As a Logistics Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the seamless flow of our production and supply chain activities. We are looking for an individual who values accuracy, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily logistics workflows, including proper material storage and accurate inventory tracking.
* Operate production machinery while strictly adhering to established Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Perform foundational preventive maintenance tasks, such as visual inspections, lubrication, and minor component replacements.
* Handle operational transport duties utilizing a company vehicle, backed by a valid SIM A driver's license.
* Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to transport goods within the facility.
* Utilize basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and manual inventory management systems.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure success in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and technical qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in a technical field, with a preference for Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial maintenance.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse workflows, basic machine operation, and routine preventive maintenance principles.
* Licensing: Must possess an active SIM A driver's license and certification or proven proficiency in operating a forklift.
* Digital Literacy: Capable of handling basic computer tasks and inventory software.
* Work Ethics & Soft Skills:
* High level of personal initiative, accountability, and discipline.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Exceptional attention to detail in record-keeping, packaging, and equipment maintenance.
* Deep commitment to Workplace Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Solid understanding and daily application of the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
