1. Agronomy Assistant (Experienced)
As an Agronomy Assistant, you will be the backbone of our field operations, ensuring that all activities align with our high production standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily work plans (RKH), manage divisional operational budgets, and ensure strict compliance with SOPs and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent role. Must possess strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to be stationed across our operational sites in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.
2. Financial Planning & Reporting
The finance team plays a critical role in steering the company’s strategic direction through data-driven insights.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop management financial reports, analyze sales and operational costs, and provide variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 3 years of experience in financial planning. Proficiency in SAP/SAP S/4HANA and advanced skills in financial modeling and data management are essential.
3. Key Account Officer
Help us expand our reach by managing vital partnerships and driving market presence for our consumer products.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee key accounts, manage promotional budgets, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet ambitious performance targets.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from any major with 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or FMCG. Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in building strong buyer relationships are required.
4. Soil Fertility Officer
Based at our LIBO Research facility in Riau, this role focuses on the scientific advancement of our agricultural output.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate soil physical characteristics and their direct impact on oil palm growth.
* Requirements: Master’s or PhD in Soil Science. Deep understanding of biogeochemical soil properties and plant growth. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, R Software, GIS, and geostatistics is mandatory.
5. Surveyor
Ensure precision and accuracy in our plantation development and mapping projects.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute terrestrial surveys, process field data, and support the development of comprehensive mapping and reporting systems.
* Requirements: High school diploma or vocational degree in Surveying and Mapping. Proficiency in using Total Stations, Theodolite, Waterpass, and GNSS-RTK, along with mastery of ArcGIS and AutoCAD software.
