Who Should Apply?

* Educational Background: Must be a fresh graduate with a minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
* Mobility: Willing to be stationed at any Sociolla retail store across Indonesia.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrates excellent communication abilities, high integrity, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
* Industry Passion: Highly interested in the retail industry and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on a rotating shift schedule.
