We are actively seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles within our expanding organization:
1. Internal Sales Staff
* Core Duties: Managing incoming customer inquiries, preparing precise sales quotations and invoices, maintaining updated pricing records, and providing administrative support to the external sales team.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with at least one year of experience in sales administration. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is essential.
2. Continuous Improvement Staff
* Core Duties: Implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives; analyzing production inefficiencies; and utilizing quality tools like PDCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and a proactive problem-solving mindset are highly valued.
3. People Development Staff
* Core Duties: Managing competency matrices, analyzing training assessment results, tracking KPI data, and developing talent frameworks to optimize individual and team performance.
* Requirements: S1 degree in Psychology or HR Management. We prioritize candidates with at least one year of experience in talent development and proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
4. Production Supervisor
* Core Duties: Overseeing shift-based production, ensuring quality compliance (IATF 16949), minimizing machine downtime, and managing manpower to achieve operational targets.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Candidates must be comfortable working in a shifting schedule and possess strong leadership skills.
5. Production Engineering Supervisor
* Core Duties: Mentoring process engineers, overseeing project deliverables, serving as the primary technical authority for complex troubleshooting, and championing process efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with at least five years of experience (two years in a leadership capacity). Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is a significant advantage.
6. Engineering Process Manager
* Core Duties: Leading the process engineering department, optimizing technical budgets and resources, mitigating project risks, and aligning engineering operations with strategic organizational goals.
* Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Expert-level knowledge of process simulation tools and large-scale project management is required.
7. Sales Supervisor
* Core Duties: Developing sales strategies, leading sales teams to surpass targets, managing key client relationships, and analyzing market trends to optimize commercial performance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably within the steel or heavy manufacturing sectors. You should possess exceptional negotiation skills and a strong commercial acumen.
