## Job Overview: Human Resource Officer
The organization is actively searching for a detail-oriented and dedicated HR professional to join the team. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily human capital operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring seamless administrative execution across various HR functions.
Core Responsibilities
* Payroll & Compliance: Handle monthly payroll computations accurately, incorporating national social security schemes (BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan) alongside applicable income tax regulations (PPh 21).
* Record Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date physical and digital personnel files while ensuring strict data confidentiality.
* Immigration Handling: Oversee immigration procedures for foreign personnel, covering the entire lifecycle from RPTKA acquisition to ITAS issuance, alongside local registrations like STM and SKTT.
* Lifecycle Administration: Manage administrative workflows for new employee onboarding, resignations, internal transfers, and expatriate work permits including KITAS when necessary.
* End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the talent acquisition pipeline—spanning candidate sourcing, resume screening, coordinating psychometric testing, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for regular staff and interns.
* Talent Development & Operations: Implement procedures concerning staff placement, performance appraisals, training initiatives, shift scheduling, and corporate event coordination.

* Professional Background: A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience operating in a generalist human resources capacity.
