1. Intake Operator
Responsible for the end-to-end management of raw materials entering the production cycle.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing material requests from the warehouse, coordinating the intake process, preventing contamination, and ensuring precise inventory logging.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (all majors). Familiarity with material handling, production workflows, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is highly valued. We welcome fresh graduates with strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to safety.
2. Control Panel Operator
The primary engine room of our production line, responsible for seamless technical operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing production sequences, managing additives, monitoring machine performance from intake to bagging, and maintaining comprehensive activity logs.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering. Must possess a strong understanding of high-voltage systems, automation, and feed machinery. A results-oriented mindset and high integrity are essential.
3. Bagging & Crumble Operator
Ensuring the final product meets our premium standards before reaching our customers.
* Key Responsibilities: Preparing packaging materials, labels, and pallets; ensuring weighing accuracy; and maintaining the operational integrity of bagging and sewing machinery.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (all majors). Proficiency in bagging machine operations, including sieving and weighing equipment, is preferred. We seek candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on quality standards.
4. Production Operator (Press & Extruder)
Operating the core technical components that define our feed quality.
* Key Responsibilities: Preparing raw materials, configuring Press and Extruder machinery, monitoring Critical Control Points (CCP), and performing essential equipment maintenance.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of Press and Extruder systems, basic troubleshooting abilities, and technical parameter setting.
