1. Account Manager
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships and driving business growth.
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or Management.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales-oriented role is required. Prior exposure to government or private sector procurement processes is highly advantageous.
* Skill Set: Must possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Personal Attributes: Candidates should demonstrate high levels of initiative, sharp analytical thinking, and an aptitude for rapid professional learning.
2. Proposal & Tender Coordinator
The Proposal & Tender Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and timely submission of project bids.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or Management.
* Core Responsibilities: Deep understanding of procurement workflows is required. You will be tasked with orchestrating and monitoring the entire lifecycle of proposal preparation—from establishing project timelines to ensuring final submissions meet strict deadlines for all Account Managers.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience managing government or non-government tenders is preferred.
* Skill Set: Must exhibit strong teamwork, leadership, and professional communication abilities.
* Personal Attributes: High initiative, refined analytical skills, and the capacity to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
