Position 1: Team Leader - Desk Collection
We are looking for an experienced leader to guide our collection initiatives and ensure team performance targets are consistently exceeded.
* Oversee and manage daily operations for the Desk Collection team.
* Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and performance monitoring to team members.
* Develop comprehensive performance reports to track team progress against KPIs.
* Foster a high-performance culture that balances operational efficiency with professional standards.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* At least 1 year of proven leadership experience in collection within the Fintech or Banking industry.
* Demonstrable expertise in managing "bucket belakang" (late-stage recovery) collections.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on advanced Excel capabilities.
* Strong analytical thinking and effective interpersonal communication skills.
* Must be willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta; local residents are encouraged to apply.
