1. Warehouse Admin Staff
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin Staff to oversee daily inventory and administrative workflows.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Male applicant.
* Holds a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree from an accredited institution.
* Maximum age of 27 years old.
* At least 2 years of proven working experience in a warehouse environment.
* Proficient in operating a forklift with a solid understanding of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory principles.
* Possesses an active SIO (Surat Izin Operasi / Operating License).
* Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
* Free from color blindness and possesses strong numerical and arithmetic skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Process and receive incoming imported and local goods.
* Verify that incoming shipments match the delivery orders (surat jalan) accurately.
* Input receipt data into the inventory management system.
* Manage the transfer of goods from storage to inspection and production areas.
* Ensure strict implementation and adherence to the FIFO method.
* Execute regular cycle counts, reconcile system quantities with physical stock, and participate in stock opname procedures.
* Maintain daily 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across the workspace.
2. Warehouse Operator
We are seeking a hardworking Warehouse Operator to handle physical inventory tasks, material handling, and warehouse upkeep.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Male applicant.
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduate from any major.
* Maximum age of 27 years old.
* Minimum of 2 years of practical warehouse experience.
* Familiar with FIFO inventory management concepts.
* Computer literate and capable of using MS Office tools.
* Not color blind and demonstrates good basic arithmetic abilities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Repack alloy wheels from cardboard boxes onto trolleys.
* Handle the repacking of tires and child parts safely.
* Assist in supplying production areas with necessary materials.
* Inspect parts thoroughly prior to the loading process.
* Execute container unloading efficiently.
* Conduct cycle counts and support stock opname activities.
* Perform daily 5S housekeeping duties within the work area.
3. Production Operator

* Demonstrated professional experience working in a Quality Control role.

* Proficient in utilizing various precision measuring instruments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform rigorous incoming inspections on all raw materials.
* Execute thorough in-process quality inspections.

* Analyze issues associated with non-conforming (NG) parts and manage NG part handling procedures.
* Maintain accurate records for all quality assurance and inspection processes.
