## Understanding the Unit Head Development Program (UHDP)
The UHDP is a specialized two-year career acceleration program designed specifically for the factory division. Successful candidates will undergo intensive training and hands-on experience, committing to a two-year service bond with the company.
## Available Positions and Qualifications
PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya is seeking dedicated candidates for the following functional tracks. All roles require a minimum GPA of 3.00. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience in manufacturing is considered a significant advantage.
1. Unit Head Development Program – Purchasing
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, extensive professional networking, and exceptional communication abilities.
2. Unit Head Development Program – Production
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Candidates should possess strong organizational experience and be prepared to work in a shift-based system.
3. Unit Head Development Program – Packaging
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Proven leadership capabilities, organizational background, and the ability to operate within a three-shift rotation schedule.
4. Unit Head Development Program – Engineering
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Technical expertise in maintenance and repair, combined with solid organizational experience. Candidates must be available for three-shift operations.
5. Unit Head Development Program – Water Resources
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Technical understanding of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations and supervision. Fluency in English and prior organizational leadership are essential.
