PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya is currently hiring for a Technical Trainer – Factory position, stationed in Secang, Central Java. This role is crucial for maintaining high operational standards by ensuring that factory personnel possess the necessary technical skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will take charge of several critical learning and development functions within the manufacturing plant:
* Program Development & Execution: Design, schedule, and implement comprehensive technical training programs tailored for factory employees.
* Specialized Instruction: Deliver targeted training sessions covering machinery, equipment maintenance, industrial engineering, and plant operational processes.
* Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and measure the growth in competency among participants.
* Gap Analysis: Identify skill gaps on the factory floor and determine training needs to optimize workforce capabilities.
