Candidate Requirements

* Education: Fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are encouraged to apply. Preferred academic backgrounds include Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Transportation Management, or Logistics Engineering Technology.
* Professional Background: Candidates with up to two years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse management are welcome.
* Soft Skills: Must possess strong communication skills, an innovative mindset, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
* Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in Microsoft Office suite.
* Commitment: Willingness to enter a two-year service bond following the conclusion of the training program.
