## Management Trainee Program Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee program. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold an Associate (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from an accredited institution.
* Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Open to current-year graduates and alumni from the previous year.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a service bond for a duration of two years and six months.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for deployment to our operational sites in Sumatra or Kalimantan.

Agronomy
* Agronomy, Agribusiness, Agroecology, Palm Oil Processing Technology, Forestry, Soil Science, Geography, Plant Pests and Diseases, Geodesy, and Geomatics Engineering.
Sustainability
* Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, Fire Safety, and Public Health (with a focus on K3).
Infrastructure
* Civil Engineering (Structure and Buildings) and Road and Bridge Engineering.
Mill and Workshop
* Mill: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agrotechnology, and Palm Oil Processing Technology.

## Selection Process and Campus Recruitment
Candidates who pass the initial administrative screening will be contacted directly via WhatsApp. Please note that all subsequent assessments will be conducted in person; there is no initial online testing phase for this recruitment cycle.
