Candidate Requirements
To ensure a successful application, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3 or S1 degree from a recognized institution.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Recent graduates (2026) and alumni from the previous year are eligible to apply.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a 30-month (2.5-year) service bond.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for assignment at any of our plantation sites located throughout Kalimantan or Sumatra.
